We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are here to assist you.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Once your return request has been approved, you will have an additional 14 days to ship the item back to us.

In addition to this standard return period, Aurielle Maison offers a voluntary 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn and unused
All original tags must remain attached
Items must be returned in their original packaging
Items may only be tried on as you would in a retail store

If an item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to evaluate it, a reasonable deduction may be applied.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are handled through our international fulfillment partner. The return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.

Please note: depending on the item and location, international return shipping costs may vary.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. Returns sent without tracking cannot be reimbursed in the event of loss.

Return Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
